7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Paris

Won’t be returning to this one. Love 7 brew, this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to bc of the people and the atmosphere. Playing inappropriate music that isn’t fit for children’s ears almost every time we’ve been. Girls walk around in shorts so short, they’re basically wearing underwear. Most of them lean on your car while taking your order, who does that? I don’t know you, don’t lean on my car. Came here yesterday 9/18/25 sometime after 5pm, as usual girl isn’t dressed, leaning on our car, then hands us our drinks, my husband got some hearts all over his cup, I didn’t get any. Not cute. I can’t childish and inappropriate behavior, like your job is to ‘serve’- provide a decent, stress free, and efficient experience for customers. That right there was kind of it for us, since we first started going we didn’t like the atmosphere of the place, and really don’t want to spend our money their anymore. The coy way they ask for tips gets old as well. I’m paying for my coffee, you’re getting paid to work there; I don’t need to pay you as well. Later on in the evening went to Kroger, parked as close to the Kroger as we could, the music from 7 brew was so loud you could hear it blaring. I love 7 brew and have been to numerous in Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee. They’re my favorite coffee chain because I usually have such good service, however, I was disappointed with the service at this one. When I arrived into the lane the Lane Texter did not make any eye contact with me, never asked for my phone number for my reward points and instead asked what I wanted. When I ordered, he never read it back to me, just ushered me to the front of the line as I told him I had cash ( I understand the cash pays up at the register, not an Issue.) however, I never found out what he rang up for the order or how much my total was going to be. When I got to the front of the line at the lane, I again was not read back my order l, only told my total, at which point I asked to be read my order, and as she recited it to me, I found that it was written up incorrectly. She did go inside and fix it with the Drink makers, so that was appreciated. However, when I got my drink, it was dripping with coffee and not cleaned off, spilling coffee inside my car. Absolute worst experience purchasing over-priced coffee that wasn’t even made correctly.

From start to finish, these young girls were more involved with themselves than serving coffee to customers. When we asked for straws we were told, “I’m not the cashier” and she proceeded to walk away from our vehicle. A mouse ran under our car and we were told multiple times (by the same person) to drive away slowly so we didn’t cause a, “mess on their property.” The staff was much more concerned with the damn mouse than serving us well and making us feel appreciated as customers.

There was nothing but a bunch of young, immature, entitled young girls working. Nothing but drama and complete entitlement was expressed by each of them, especially as they were taking selfies.
