This place has got to get it together.The bad outweighs the good here. There is no point in having what I know if not, could be a million dollar making store but it is dirty, cluttered beyond words, lack of workers and slow as all get up. It seems that a store with that much more growth potential and sales would not spend money and train, train,train and hire qualified people who valued their jobs as much as the managers should. I was #12 in line tonight only one employee there and management out at the bank. All I could do was just listen to the people complain. I am an avid DGS patron but I need organization when I go, understandable a truck delivers but when it's time for another delivery and stock is not put away from the week before I have a problem...
Read moreDG on Mineral Wells in Paris, TN, (and on Highway 641) had everything we wanted, as usual. It saved us from a trip to the terrible Wal-Mart just a few feet down the street! The variety of products there was great. There were so many of us customers that one of the employees had to open up another check out. The aisles are narrow, but I guess that's because they have so many choices for us! The employees are both locations are VERY patient, friendly and helpful. Read moreWe went to this one last night. The guy was on his cell phone the whole time checking us out. He scanned a few items more then once and we didn’t catch it until we went to our truck. Came back in. Well he forgot to take the security piece of a shirt so I have to go back up there today with the receipt and shirt and get it took off. The alarms were going off last night. He should have done his job correctly. We didn’t even get a apology. Sad thing is the girl behind him was scanning stuff more then once to a gentleman as well and he said no I got three cokes not 4.
