El Vallarta — Restaurant in Paris

One of the worst meals I have had in a long time. None of our T-bone steaks were cooked the way they were ordered. They all looked grey and wilted and we couldn’t figure out how they had been cooked. There was no seasoning or flavor and looked unappetizing. The steamed vegetables were very unappealing and void of almost any color. The white cheese dip was like water and dripped all over the place and had to wipe the table after each chip. The tea was flavorless and could hardly differentiate it from water. The baked potato was ok. I have been a chef for years and wouldn’t have allowed this plate on a patrons table. I gave the waitress a good tip as she did her job. It was my first time in this establishment and my last. The cook should be ashamed of putting out this quality of food. What in the world has happened to this place? We had a bday party of 9 and absolutely nothing was right ! Mgr tried changing our waitress in the middle of ordering, guess how that worked out? We were w/o a waitress until our first one noticed we were not getting any service. All orders were messed up and 3 of the same, looked totally different ! Waited forever for our food and drinks. Went it came time for the bday cake, I had to clean the table of dirty plates, empty baskets, empty bottles & glasses. Our waitress was trying her best but when management kept fussing at her (in front us), it totally messed up her game. Shame on him ! Upon checking out in a huge line that was preventing new customers from coming in, every single person in line was complaining! The management needs to pay closer attention to the real issues this place seems to be having....

Best mexican food in Paris. The staff is really friendly and they're always busy. My family is pretty large and we can all eat and leave full for around $65! Great food, friendly staff, drinks from the bar are pretty good, not diluted at all..., prices are decent! The only negative is that with such a value they are so busy that sometimes the atmosphere is quite loud. I wouldn't recommend this place for a romantic evening out, you might get seated near a large group of rambunctious children that are screaming and yelling and parents aren't taking control... we asked to be relocated to another area last time, much quieter, enjoyable evening.
