If i could give zero stars i would. It’s been years since I’ve smoked and coming into a dispensary for the first time i was clear that i had no idea what i was doing. I explained to the young lady whom i also found out was a manager that i was new to this experience and that i wanted to get something similar to a vape and a good old fashioned pre roll. She explained that they carried two different kinds of vape similar products. One was a cartridge the other was a disposable then explained the cartridge is one I’d have to purchase a battery for separately and that they currently didn’t have one in stock for it. I said i DID NOT want to go hunting down a battery when i was already spending 100 bucks so that I’d like the disposable. She said okay. AS SOON as i walked out and opened the bag i noticed the product said “cartridge” i know i should have checked, that’s my fault, i just assumed when i said i didn’t want it that it would have been clear. I called up there and explained to the gentleman working the desk that i was new to the situation and assumed given the information the girl knew what she was selling me. The girl then gets on the phone and starts talking to me like I’m stupid repeating extremely rudely that she explained what it was so no refunds or returns whatsoever even after i tried to explain that yes, she made me very clear on the product expectations which is exactly why i said i didn’t want it. As a manager myself i would’ve expected a simple “miscommunication I’m sorry, if the product isn’t opened we can swap you” or something. I understood, the deal was top notch pricing ali drove 45 min drive, but I was totally ok with the facts and understood why they had sold 9ut of that inventory

Jacob, Jonah, Josh and one other bud tender, were way cool. Made my year and gifted me (SOMETHING AWESOME) that I hope to keep for a lifetime!!! Besides the nice Wednesday pick up, the top reason I will return to heya wellness is for the welcoming, take your time browsing products atmosphere. This is the first time I've visited a dispensary that did /not/ rush me out with their impatience, like many other facilities in the state, that I have visited.
BOTTOM LINE, THIS IS THE MOST FRIENDLY, CHILL, EASY GOING MEDICAL SOURCE WITH PROFESSIONAL STAFF. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED =)

Read moreI will start by saying this is the only dispensary I go to unless Im out of town. Their customer service, professionalism, and positive attitudes are so refreshing. Most importantly, however, they are not just Budtenders or salespeople like most dispensaries have become. To me, they are a pharmacy helping to assist me in finding what best helps the ailments I am dealing with at the moment. Zac P knows what I need more than I do, and let me tell you I do my research. He always has such a welcoming and helpful attitude, even when I ask him questions while he's doing something else, and there's someone new that's taking care of me. Then there's Jake P , not just another budtender. Being a total Marijuana nerd, I study to know what works for what, and what I need and when. When I tell you this guy knows his stuff, that is a vast understatement. I can ask him a million questions over the product in stock, and he knows it without batting an eye.
