It took me a year to find exactly the furniture set I wanted and finally found it at Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg. I got a great old-fashioned fold out hide-a-bed sofa with a matching loveseat and chair, all with removeable cushions, in a dark slate gray. Perfect! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and had questions ready about financing and delivery. Coach was very helpful and made the process quick, easy, and seamless. He let me know exactly what my costs were, details about delivery, and answered all my questions. He was respectful, didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want, and was super friendly. The delivery crew were quick, respectful in my home, and did a great job with assembly and set up. Coach called the next day to make sure the delivery had gone as planned. I wanted to purchase a comfortable, yet stylish, chair for my master bedroom. I also wanted to make sure that it was well-made and would be durable. After visiting several stores in town, I found EXACTLY what I wanted at Ashley Furniture. The birch color of my new rocker recliner is exactly what I was searching for. My sales consultant, Stacey, was friendly and very helpful. I even received a 10% sales discount. I selected to have In-Home Delivery Service....it was a reasonable price and my husband didn't have to find someone to help him carry it! The delivery men put it right in my bedroom. I love my new comfy recliner and have been enjoying it every eve. I highly recommend that you check at Ashley Furniture before your next furniture purchase. We were met by Rick (Coach) when we walked in. He was very helpful, friendly, personable, and great to deal with. We told him our needs and he was very helpful in showing us options and answering any questions we had. He was not pushy at all.

Update: we ordered our furniture mid-February was told it would be a month. We are now almost into April. They called yesterday to tell us our furniture was in, call back to get a delivery set up. I called them to set it up hoping to have it with in a week or so. They can't deliver it for another 3 weeks. :( Which I think is ridiculous, considering it has already been longer than we expected already, now our furniture is going to be sitting there for 3 weeks before they can deliver it. Had I known this we would not have purchased from them. I feel like I have been lied...
