Pike Street Lanes — Local services in Parkersburg

Sucked it up and came to pike street lanes instead of Emerson because of the cheaper price tonight but wish I would’ve just spent the extra money. Not only is the food crappy and the place and furniture outdated but during a break between my turn I ran to the quarter machine my boyfriend was playing on to show him a video on my phone and just bumping against the side of the machine set the alarm off and the already cranky and clearly miserable cashier came over and without any second to explain what happened ripped the cord to the machine out of the outlet. Now why would I run from the bowling lane up to the machine we’re putting multiple dollars into just to slam into the side of it trying to knock down a lowsy 50 cents or whatever she thought I was doing? We had went here for the family night tonight, the lane we were on as well as people beside us was not working properly, pins wouldn't set up after the previous bowler, the pin wall kept collapsing on our balls making us not able to bowl and ball getting stuck in lane, we went up to the employees about this multiple times, our pizzas were burnt to a crisp, the people beside us got their money back because they were having the same problems, when we asked for reimbursement the owner got extremely rude with us slapped the money on the table and sarcastically said "thanks for your patience". There was a mix up for my daughters party reservation, someone had made a mistake when adding it in - I called the day before to confirm details & was told it was scheduled for different time, however they were able to resolve it, when we arrived for the party they offered extra things that wasn’t originally included in the party package we wanted & the service was amazing!!
