RUDE SERVICE! 2 customers in the store and I went to stock up on meat due to their Anniversary specials and asked to have 3 lbs of ground meat packed separate which usually isn't a problem but THIS weekend they would not.....it was a Friday...not the weekend. You should put that girl in the back cutting meat and not dealing with customers!! Sorry I didn't get her name because she was RUDE! Lots of meat markets in Parma so I guess I will spend my money elsewhere! She spoke to us like we were 2 year olds! My mother spent $100 there this morning and they had no problem packing meat...

Holy Moses... stopped in a tad late on Saturday. Closing time, really. Got some of the Pinzone Chicago dogs that we LOVE and asked about some burgers. We got a few different kinds that were suggested. I'm not even gonna talk about those ones, but the Italian sausage chicken burgers are a show stopper. Went in a few days before Christmas and while they were super busy, everyone behind the counter was so friendly and so helpful and hardly had to wait, they were so efficient.
