Big Box Bins — Local services in Pasadena

Although friends tell me they've found great bargains here, I've been there 4x and haven't found much. Crazy Hot deals either the Westheimer or Pasadena locations are much better option.

I just received a reply to my review of this store. I apologize for the owners disagreement with my review but I can guarantee that I Am not "a fake reviewer" nor am I AI!

The review was an honest assessment and MY PERSONAL OPINION. My last visit to the store was this morning at around 11am. If you review all of the security cameras located inside the store you'll see a an African American man in a gray jacket and brown khaki pants browsing the bins for about 30 minutes and leaving empty handed. Man, this place used to be great, but I went today, on the “big” $8 day, stood in line before and I gotta say…I’m super disappointed. The bins used to be piled high with stuff, but they were barely stocked and full of cheap stuff from China. There used to be a very long line of people waiting to get in, so I should have known when the line was so relatively short that something had changed since I’ve last been. Don’t waste your time…I’m sure there’s a few things thrown in there to keep the treasure hunters coming, but if you’re looking for all the other good stuff that you can find at bin stores, don’t bother. They claim they sale laptops but they don't. They tell you that they won't place the electronics out on the bins because they could get broken but instead they leave small boxes that say "laptops"mix in with the other boxes, so your having to search among the chaos. It's a gimmic to have you search through all the tables to get you to buy other items, and you won't find the laptop items. Also, becareful that they charge you correctly, because they may say you have 4 items and you will be charged for 4 items, but the cashier will toss in the 4th item without you really paying any attention and that 4th item she tossed in will be trash. You have to really pay attention at this place. Don't get side tracked by all the busy...
