I went in yesterday to look for a new face powder and a couple of other things. When I went over to get an employee for some help she wasn’t so nice and when I asked her what I needed she extended her hand in a gesture like well give it to me then and made this look with her eyes like I was bothering her. So i took it from her hands and told her NO I DONT NEED YOUR ATTITUDE. I asked for your help because when I bent down I got dizzy so I figured I’d get an employee to help. Right?! Well this employee named Clarissa. I guess i disturbed her while she was working and didn’t actually wanted to help with customers. So when went over to get a manager she was there explaining it to her. I wish I would have gotten this managers named because she was very condescending telling me well if you would just stop talking. I just was telling her what had happen but she kept telling me if you will just stop talking I would tell you that I could comp your purchase or give you samples. I told her I’m not there for free goodies. I’m telling you the girl was rude. But ofc she was taking her side without being there and witnessing what happened. What I had wished had happened and also being a manager at another makeup location my self, I would of liked if she would had said something like I’m so sorry that happened to you we don’t accept that from out employees. How can i help you with what you were looking for and also here are some samples for you. But instead I got if you would shut up i could have comp your purchase. You know I wished I would of said yes. I want that. Just to shut the manager up. She was never going to do that she thought by telling me that I would of said yes. I want that and I was complaining just to get free stuff. But I continued to shop around because I went in to get stuff. And I did buy what I was looking for plus a new body spray. And supposedly these managers were so apologetic about their employee that the two manager that “apologized “ never came to give me samples or tried to be vice to me. I went on April 22nd on my birthday and purchased some stuff there and they didn’t have the Barcelona color on (NARS foundation) so one of the lady recommended me to try the color Valencia and if was not happy with the results to come any time to return it or exchange it then when I paid the cashier asked me for my phone number and I gave it to her and I even redeemed my birthday gift because that day was my birthday then I paid with a gift card of $25.65 and the rest with cash so after all I was not happy with it so I went today to exchange but I lost my receipt and still went there today to see if they can find my purchase with my phone number or the gift card number but the lady there was really rude she was looking at me with bad eyes and bad attitude I told her everything she was not helping me at all they couldn’t find my purchase with my phone number I don’t know why because that was the number I gave to the cashier there at that day of my purchase (which I believe she used another number so she can get the points) that’s why it was not showing with my phone number and I even gave them my gift card number and still said they was not able to find it I don’t know how or why they was not able to find it this is ridiculous really weird , Jessica even make me leave the shopping cart outside the store and I have my baby with me I told her I need it I have my baby and she said that it was not allow because it can “damage “ the store “ really omg so disappointed at this store . Read moreThe greeters in this Sephora Location are always super sweet unlike the girls on the floor, I came in today the greeter asked me what I was looking for then after I told her what I needed, she sent someone to help me get a shade match for the Haus Labs foundation and since no one came after I waited for 5 minutes I just grabbed one myself. I went to huda beauty, I seen there was no powders in the shade I wanted but online it said they were available so I waited for someone to help me for 9 minutes and since no one came I opened the drawer myself to check if they had it and they did, as soon as I opened it and employee with a pink mask seen me and came up to me and told me that I need to let them know if I need help I told her no one came to help me after waiting almost ten minutes so I grabbed it myself then she proceeded to say that I still needed to ask someone… as if there was anyone available to help me. She had such an ugly attitude for no reason. I asked the two greeters an older woman and one pink hair for her name I think they said it was Leila but I’m not sure, she was wearing a pink mask… Never had a bad Sephora experience in this location...
