I'm only giving them 5 stars because it's been my favorite froyo place for a couple of years now, but today I had the worst experience. I walked in around 9pm (they close at 10 according to their website) of course it was packed because it's Spring Break, no biggie. Anyway, I chose my flavors and my toppings and proceeded to pay. I don't usually stay, especially if there's nowhere to sit, I'll just take it home to enjoy. So, as I was paying Alfredo told me my total and asked, "Do you mind taking it home? We're closing in 3 mins." I was like, "What?" I was surprised he even asked that. Then he said if I wanted to take it home because they were closing soon. I got bothered because that was kinda rude to basically kick us out. I told him that we weren't going to stay, like I said before, I hardly ever stay. I wanted to make a smart remark like, "Good luck telling all these people and the ones walking in you're about to close." But I didn't because he was a young high school kid. I work in customer service and I would never tell someone that we're closing soon (well, my job is 24/7, so in my case, my shift). Anyway that was the only bad experience I've had, other than that, this place is great...
Read moreI absolutely love this place! We have visited a few other locations and this one is by far the best spot! They're always stocked on toppings and supplies, the dispensers are always working and a majority of the employees are sweet. I personally love the strawberry and the kiwi strawberry. -YUMMM!!- they have about 20 different flavors, so there is bound to be one for everyone. The toppings range from fresh fruit, bobba beads, candy and cookies. I think There's like 10 tables inside and 4 outside since they keep the check out line flowing and at a fairly quick pace. At .39 cents an ounce, my family of 4 gets to get a decent serving with toppings and we only pay about $12 - $13. It's a nice little family outing. The only downside would be the parking. Since its such a popular spot, trying to get a close spot is very sore. They are located between a men's warehouse and an AT&T and so there's a good amount of traffic. It is...
Read moreThe yogurt is always excellent here, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. While we were in line adding toppings to our yogurt, one of the staff members began sweeping directly toward us. I had to move out of her way so she could continue—yet she said nothing, not even a simple "excuse me."
To make matters worse, my 2-year-old son needed to use the restroom, and the store was still open at the time. I politely asked if they could open the restroom for him, considering his age. The staff member looked at me and bluntly said “no,” without any apology or explanation.
I understand that there are closing procedures, but when there are still paying customers inside—especially with small children—a little consideration goes a long way. Experiences like this are the reason I stopped coming here. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is...
