Bought furniture Nov 2022 recliners had issues with them from the beginning luckily I bought the insurance was able to pick out new furniture the guardian insurance is amazing now with bel it's a whole different story ordered my furniture jan 27 they told me if I spent this x amount of dollars I can get free delivery which we did then once we left a few days later we don't qualify for free delivery cause it's a warrenty exchange them they said we can drive to katy to get the furniture and drop off the old one um no I would have to rent a truck mind you the store is less then 10 min from our house I said I will just pick it up at the store in pasadena they said ok the latest would be February 24th cause they truck will deliver it on the 21st to the pasadena store. I called cause I haven't heard from them when I could pick it up I was told by a cashier that the truck that came only picked up clearance and we will have to wait another week no phone call nothing. 24th comes around still nothing I was able to get ahold of a lady named Tiffany that was most helpful finally got my furniture on the March 2nd where they delivered my furniture and picked it up the way it should be. Then today which is March 6th supposed to have my ottoman and now that is delayed till the 20th. Also called spoke with Francisco up by katy they spoke to the manager and said they had a ottoman there order was canceled so it is brand new I said I will wait to speak with Tiffany well the manager at pasadena lied and it is actually the floor model so they were trying to give me used furniture. I am currently waiting for the ottoman and a phone call from the district manager. Ultimately STAY AWAY FROM PASADENA BEL FURNITURE!!!...if you must by from there go to a different location. You will just get the run around get delayed time and time again get lied to and all the while making payments on furniture...

He saved the sale Natalie was incapable of handling. We paid with an agreement the item was to be shipped to the Pasadena location that week or the next for pick up. That was 5 weeks ago. We have not been contacted since. Messages have been left with twice on the voicemail of Norma at customer service and not been returned. Just want what we paid for as agreed. Also, just a side note that when we went to thank the cashier by name as printed on the invoice she indicated that was not her and she was using someone elseās logon/credential on the computer.
UPDATE*Interestingly within hours of this post and a detailed email to the manager I received a call from Natalie indicating this was their 4th attempt to reach me, however, she was unable and/or unwilling to indicate the dates of the alleged prior calls. She stated her manager would be mad if she did so. When asked to speak to the manager Natalie indicated he was not here and did not know when he would be. Further questions I posed resulted in a response from Natalie that āthis is not the purpose of the callā when asking how long the item has been ready and the timing of todayās call. When asked if the call was regarding my purchase she simply provided the pick up hours and was unwilling to engage in any further conversation. Bel Furniture May have good products and prices, however, customer service training would prove valuable, at least...

Bailey the sales reps walked away and let me free roam to see what they all had. I had already purchased a bed set elsewhere for a hefty price but I saw one bed set I fell in love with and I ran off looking for her because I had my eyes completely set on that bed I ended up getting a bundle deal for the queen bed. I appreciated that she let me looking around and see what they had. Bailey took care of me and got me what I wanted. I got the couch set added on and I ended up getting approved for 3400 because I want to increase my credit score so I ended up going on ahead and getting a chest drawer and a nightstand to match the bedset and also a coffee table set to match all the black furniture and I was actually pretty satisfied with the service and convenience. When it was all said and done then I went to do the paperwork with Catherine I believe that was her name. And she was very patient especially with the whole issue trying to obtain my account number and she was very friendly and helpful especially as she was helping other customers. I went in to just spend 600 bucks on a couch and ended up spending 2500. š³ but it was worth it. Especially since I'm very picky about making things look good. Will be going again when I need lamps or wall...
