My mother purchased a refrigerator from this place she paid 300 dollars and she was told that it worked perfectly but found once she got home that it was a piece of crap. They attempted to fix it but couldn't. They thought they had put on her receipt sold as is and told her she couldn't get her money back when we took it back the tall old man was very nasty to my mother he kept repeating to her "your not getting your money back!" They other guy told her when he sells the refrigerator he will give her money back. We decided to take them to court. They day of court they personally brought my mother her money so they wouldn't have to attend court. Busby was in charge of fixing the AC unit prior to our purchasing our new home. Not only did he not fix it properly he told us it was just the “heat” and nothing was wrong with the units and that they had at least 5 more years on them. Both ACs have went out in less than 3 months, coils were used that were made for other ACs and held up with blocks under it. We’ve paid a LOT of money to have someone else fix it because Busby just kept saying nothing was wrong with it when this repair should have been covered by the prior home owners. In less than 3 months we’ve had a leak related to AC issues and both units going out. Poor customer service. I called on Thursday and was told by a someone who worked there that they could come take a look at my washing machine, but it wouldn’t be until Tuesday. I made the appointment anyway. I called Monday to verify a time they would be here on Tuesday and I was told somewhere between 10:00 and 4:00pm. I called at 3:30 and was told they weren’t in fact coming and they would try and come tomorrow. If i could leave a negative rating, I would certainly do so. No way I’ll do business...
