The staff consistently show poor customer service, with little patience, professionalism, or communication skills. The manager in particular seemed overwhelmed and disengaged offering no real help during a minor issue and simply giving up instead of finding a solution.
While I understand employees often have limited power in certain situations, basic compassion, understanding, and effort go a long way. Shrugging your shoulders isnāt customer service.
My second visit was the final straw. As I was getting out of my car, a gust of wind lightly pushed my door into the car next to me. We finally got to checkout and printer messed up. We needed a receipt in case we needed to bring a couple items back. The cashier called for management and no one answered. After 5 minutes I went through the store to find management for her. I finally had to bang a locked door to get management to answer. She finally came out with an attitude and never addressed the issue with us. She talked to cashier and then said we need IT person. He showed up tried couple things .. 15 minutes later still no answer. Cashier is trying to help but she is overwhelmed. Manager checking others out, but not a word to us. Never come back...

And the person checking you out always moves s l o w . .. and I have always seen other employees on the floor. Not sure why one can't jump in and help on the register?.... and seriously Check The Expiration dates. We have had to throw away $25 plus in items that when we got home and opened , realized they were 1 month or longer expired. $12 x2 in protein shakes were the most recently purchased. They were chunky gross expired ā ļø
