Beware! This is NOT a Verizon store. It's a franchise and they don't honor Verizon policies. I'm a single Mom with a special needs child with health issues. Two weeks ago my Android wouldn't hold a charge. I went to this store. I couldn't call or receive calls from my son's nurse when they were away from the school. Rene said it would take 4-5 days to replace my phone. He said that if I wanted a working phone that day, I had to buy one. So I got a cheap Samsung. Then Rene said it comes with a free tablet. What he didn't say was that I needed a phone line for the tablet. He assigned a phone number and charged me for it, without telling me about another monthly charge. I've never used a tablet with a phone line. So I'm still paying for a "non-working" Android, had to buy a new phone, get a "free" tablet and I have to pay for the phone line for the tablet. Then my phone does hold a charge, I go back to return the Samsung, and I'm told by the manager Joanna, that I can't return them. I'm a day late. My first time there was on Thursday 10/26. I go back on Thursday 11/9, but store manager Joanna says that's 15 days, not 14. So I'm stuck paying for things I don't need...

I had a 99.00 buyout leftover in my phone and was told by MAURICE that if I purchased 130.00 in accessories he would waive the 99.00 buyout. I did that and have a receipt showing I was only charged 10.00 for the buyout plus the 130.00 for accessories I could have purchased on Amazon for 40.00 BUT I now have the 99.00 charge on my Verizon bill and Verizon says since they’re not a Verizon store I’ll have to go back in person. I live 300 miles away. He also told me my phone going forward would be 11.00 a month but it’s 18.00 a month. I’ve left 3 messages with the store through Verizon but they will not...
Read moreI went in on Sunday. Three people ahead of me and only one gal to help and she was worth the wait! Its so nice going in and knowing that there are professionals who know how to get things done. I had several frustrating problems and Hailey handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. She apologized to the people waiting. She greeted everyone who came into the store while waiting on the current customer. She multi tasked with another customer at the same time. I had to buy her lunch because it was 2:30 and she hadn't taken a break from the customers. She had sold 6 phones that day before I even came in. She is a keeper and I hope the management recognizes her talent. She is the BOMB!!...
