I'll give it 2 stars, but I feel that's generous. Long wait time to get food, ok, but when receiving our order, the fries were undercooked, and the seasoning was terrible. Some were seasoned decent, and others weren't seasoned at all. The wings are tenders we ordered were fine, but not as good as other locations we've been to. This location is new, so I'll give it another try sometime in the future.
Update: 1/31/2025 -1 star. I gave this place another shot about a month later, but that was a bad call. They have no idea when to tell you to pick up your order, and when I got home, the food was not even warm, the fries were soggy and inedible, and the order was completely wrong. I called to report the issue, but it felt like they just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping. I asked what they would like me to do, and they gave me two options refund me in 2-3 days, or if I brought everything back—including the bag—they could either remake it. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me the manager had left for the day. No manager on site at a new location? That’s not very smart.
I decided to have them remake the order. After driving back, I waited a few minutes, and they gave me the food. I opened the bag to check if everything was right, surprisingly it was, but the fries were just as soggy, if not work. I asked why their fries were soggier than other Wingstop locations, and the guy just shrugged. He said they could remake them if I wanted, so I ask if they could make them well done, and he said yes. I waited a few more minutes, when they came out, they were slightly better, but I just gave up, grabbed the food, left my number and asked for the manager to call me, and left. Never again.

We asked how long it would be, the cashier said "I don't know, maybe 15 minutes. Maybe 30. Maybe more". However, I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for two orders of six-piece wings, which were the Hickory Smoked BBQ and Mango Habanero, with a side of cheese fries and a regular side of fries. The fries were soggy and cold. Do not get the cheese fries unless you like cheese sauce. When I received my food, I just left and went home. The wings didn't even look like they were properly cooked.
