I discovered this absolute gem of an artisanal, California based cocktail company in Joshua Tree, where I found Yes Cocktail Co.’s Cucumber Jalapeno mixer in a local shop. I followed the simple yet spectacular recipe on the bottle (so helpful!) and then my mind got blown. It was that good – beyond what I expected from something premixed in a bottle (yes, I added the Mezcal, the Rye, the fresh squeezed lime; but still). Rave reviews and pleasure-shock followed from everyone for whom I had the honor of making it. I soon followed up this roaring success with the Blood Orange and Chili Pepper mixer, which I ordered online. The results were the same – raves, compliments, delight. I am converting dozens into Yes cocktail Company groupies. The website is a lot of fun to browse with a friend. I confess to being a Yes Cocktail Co. fan-girl. My wife and I discovered them at a booth in a Farmer's Market on a weekend getaway to Paso Robles. We loved the Vanilla Rhubarb mixer, and put off finishing it only because we didn't want to run out. Happily, we found Yes online, ordered replenishments (and tried a couple more products) and have been really glad we did.
