This was by far the best delivery experience I have had in all my years of buying appliances. This company not only did they offer a great product at a phenomenal price but the service was above and beyond. They delivered on time and they struggle to get the WashTower Stacked inside my house but they never complained and found various ways to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. My door entry was an inch or 2 smaller than the size however, with determination it was a success. My kids were super happy and I am extremely grateful that I found this company. Wow! A Great Buying Experience! After multiple issues of trying to purchase a laundry center with 3 big chains, R&R exceeded my expectations. The big chains delivery and installation services were very limited and could not even handle the installation and delivery of the product on the same day. I ended up in the end with a Much Better washer and dryer from R&R at a better price! They came and removed my old machine (Even lifting it over my Radiator which the others would not) within like 24 hours after purchasing it.
