Hermanos Bakery — Restaurant in Passaic

I actually love this place i am giving it 4 stars because parking of horrible horror and the bakerys location also isn't in the best place around passaic very close by to urban area which can make some pplz uncomfortable however this place has been around for a long time...... very very fresh products! Actually I wasn't at the bakery. But I tried the pastries that were bought at one of my local supermarkets and they lacked of filling inside. For example, the Quesitos were empty also the Guava Squares. I'm a Chef and also a Pastry Chef and I consider this a steal and miss presentation of the product. Please try to improve your pastries before you distribute it to the stores or you'll not sell it. Remember that your products represents your bakery and the sales of them pays your bills...
