I walk in and there’s a frustrated customer talking to the employee because they lost her garment. Not a good sign. Yet I gave them my three slacks to alter. I come back a week later at the time they said to, and there was another customer in line who had their garments lost too and were arguing with the employee. I eventually make my way to the counter only to find out that MY garments were lost too! In response to my question “where did my pants go?” he YELLED back: “come back in one hour! I need some time.” Fine. I came back in an hour and a half to give him some extra time to discover he never even started looking for them since he “was busy.” He then looks and finds my un-altered slacks in a bag under maybe a fifty other bags. Nice. Tells me to then wait ten minutes while they work on them. 45 minutes later I get my slacks. I would’ve given one star, but they came out good so I have to give them that. Will I return? Probably not. Did they do a good job? Sure. Worth it?...

They over price on items and do basic work. The people are rude and unprofessional. I would have gone elsewhere had I known. I would recommend going to someone that demonstrates professionalism and most importantly, provide quality work.

I brought several pants and jeans here to have the waist taken in, something I’ve done countless times before without issue. Unfortunately, they completely ruined my clothes to the point that I had no choice but to donate them. On top of that, their services are outrageously expensive and absolutely not worth the cost.
