Purchased an iphone X from there, supposedly it was generally unlocked... came to find out it was never unblocked, it's original carrier was AT&T, once I reached to AT&T to unlock the phone for me, i was told they weren't going to due to the fact that it was FRAUDULENT ITEM. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro from this store via Swappa. The phone was shown to be less than 4 months old and should have had 8 months left on the 1 year Apple warranty that they provide every phone they sell. When I received the phone, I noticed that under warranty it said "Expired." Then I entered the phone's serial # in the Apple Coverage website and it said: "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced." This means that the phone had been an Apple replacement phone and the phone that was being replaced was never sent to Apple.
