Zona Urbana — Restaurant in Paterson

Awful experience. I placed a large Uber eats order to pick up and when it was time to pick up my order was picked up by someone else. I was then told to hold on that he was going to call the Uber to come back. I told him absolutely not I want a new order because it is still covid season. He kept going back and fourth with me. My mother then called and spoke with the man and he told her he was going to make a new order. An hour past I called he said he called the Uber to cancel so there wasn’t an order to cook when they messed up. I’m sorry I used to like this place I will no longer order...

I can understand that most nice places priced their food a little high to keep Salvages out, but $45 for 2 mofongos to go that don't cost more than $5 to make is CRAZY!!!!!!!! Not to mention the Mofongos ended up in the trash cause they had pork rinds in it. I wouldn't go back there even if they offered me a free dinner, There might be a hidden cost involve. There's places where you pay top dollar, like the River Palm but is cause the freggin lobster is flown in daily from the upper north. I'ts crazy how some of these local business abuse people trying to keep them...

We arrived Friday night close to 8 pm for dinner. We ordered the mofongo with chicken in garlic sauce. It tasted delicious until we bit into the mofongo and realized it had pork. The menu never said that and neither did the waitress. The dj was great, putting everyones request. Place did not get packed until about 9:30 to 10 pm. Drinks were great and moderately priced. Then the band arrived, Liquido, and they brought the house down. Everyone was dancing and singing. One big family, of course...
