Tried to get my moms phone fixed with her here iphone 11, had fell in water, and so we took it here to get it fixed, yeah they fixed it, but after we got the phone back, the password, face id, and phone it self just didnt wanna work, they handed it back to us with the screen saying “3 hours to wait” so that sucked, then after the 3 hours was over, we typed in again the correct password and yes even made sure to do it slow so it doesnt lock again, and even with that, it locked again for 8 hours, after 8 hours same thing and same issue, obviously SOMETHING is wrong, because prior to us bringing it in, the phone password was never the issue, she’s had this phone for well over 2 years, so we tried to come back and say something about it because she literally can’t get into the phone, and they start accusing her of changing the password and maybe she forgot 💀. Cmon now… my mom hasn’t changed that pattern of numbers for her password in forever and she told them that, seemed like a sarcastic response if you ask me. Read moreDo not repair your phone here. Yes, they will repair it (and fast), but with used parts and incorrect ones. I repaired my phone here (samsung Galaxy s23 ultra), and not only did they use the wrong parts, but the glue that kept the phone together did not keep it completely together. They also left fingerprints and dust inside the camera that can not be taken out without taking the phone apart. I know all of this because I took it to samsung, and they told me the people who repaired this did not do a good job and did not repair it how samsung would. The phone does work, but they kinda screwed me by not repairing the phone properly. Just take your phone to apple or samsung. It's not worth it.
