I took a trade in phone to be shipped by the store on 11/15. ATT hasn’t received. So I went to get tracking number they requested. He said it was just shipped 12/8. Wouldn’t give me a tracking number. He said for all he knows I would chase down the ups truck and try to rob them. I told him I doubt that since I’m an 55 year old woman. 🤷🏼♀️ Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Cody was so unprofessional, unhelpful and acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there! I won’t be back! UPDATE:: Contacted ATT rep by phone. She called ATT Pauls Valley Store. Spoke with Ashley. Ashley found my trade in phone that Cody said he already sent in. I went into the store gave her all of the info she needed and explained all that has happened. Ashely spoke with a different manager since Cody was out for a few days, and had my old phone ready to ship out and gave me a receipt with the number I’ve been asking for. Read moreI went into the store to change my phone carrier, and I was told that I couldn’t have my service changed unless there was a manager present. This was the only time I had scheduled to be able to make this happen, and I couldn’t get the help I needed because a manager wasn’t there to make the change. It was very frustrating, and now every time I call The try and see if the manager will be in the store so I do not waste my time, it sends me to a call center in Alabama or somewhere like that.
