Yall changed your fries for one! Bring back the old ones they taste so much better. Service is very slow especially in the drive through. We came and ate inside tonight. Ordered a family meal, asked the girl if the fries had changed. She didn't have a clue nor did she try to find out. (Guessing she's new so no biggie) However she then told us they were out of rolls. So we ended up having to settle for the biscuits (which were percect), but we wanted rolls. Not five minutes later she's Carrying rolls out to other diners. Had we just needed to wait a few minutes we would have been more than happy to do so. That option wasn't even offered! You had to pour your tea from a jug off the counter. Don't know if they were just to busy to refill or they just weren't refilling due to the time of night (8:40 pm). To top it off you could hear one of the workers, don't know who it was. They were cursing about an unknown customer being rude. We were sitting in the far corner of the restaurant by the door under the TV. So even though the food was excellent. The service and atmosphere was lacking. Seriously though bring back the fries.........

Read moreI could easily rate this place four stars. The food and service is always good... except for today. Today there was a girl working the drive through who was terrible. She wasn't even slightly friendly. She didn't say hello when I got to the drive through. She didn't confirm my order. When I said I wanted a roll, she said, "well we don't have any rolls". When I got to the window there was no kind greeting.. She just took my card and handed back with my food. She didn't say thank you, or come again, or have a good day or anything. She just shut the window and walked away. I was appalled to the point that I got back to the shop, (i work for a cardealership right around the corner from them) and started writing this instead of eating my food, which is getting cold. I repeat, I really like this place and get their food for lunch at least two times a week, and until today the customer service has always been great. Hopefully the manager will read this, identify the employee and do some retraining, because if I experience this again, I may consider one of the other chicken restaurants in town, one of which is directly across the...
