Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pauls Valley

Horrible customer service. Today is December 29, '17 and I was just in there. All I ordered was a master blast shake, and one of the ingredients wasn't in it, and so I asked for it to be remade. I'm not a mean person, and this was literally the first time I've ever returned anything, and I wasn't rude at all. That carhop girl was SO, incredibly rude, she rolled her eyes at me and said a rude remark. And the shake was honestly made horribly the first time. And I've been an employee of Sonic before for almost a year, so I know what they're supposed to look/taste like. She literally almost threw he remade one at me, and said "Here!" and the girl inside was glaring at me the entire time. This is a customer service job, and if you can't be nice to a customer when they politely ask for their order to be fixed, that's a problem. I was actually affraid to eat it because I was worried they had done something to it. It was really uncalled for and surprising, since it was only 1 item that I was wanting to get fixed. I went to Sonic for dinner. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and large hot fudge shake. This store wss moderately busy. Order came out in maybe 20+ minutes, shake was medium. I instructed young lady that i ordered large, so she gavee sandwich and went back inside. 10 minutes later she brings back large shake with apology for mistake. I leaveand get to my home and shake tastes like vanilla, so i start eating whipped cream..there is 3" of whipped cream. Someone took that medium and poured it into large cup then filled cup to top with whipped cream. This deceitfulness is tragic. The chicken was mediocre but this deceit is telling of the character of the employees and establishment. Sonic should terminate their franchise and no one should patronize this Sonic. If I could give them a 0 I would, got a survey for them and just noted I received raw bacon and that they might do a little better quality control but still gave them a good rating. The very next time I went to that location they took 28 minutes for just a blt, as the car hop delivered my food she stated here is your quality control. I didn't think anything of it so I left and when I went to eat the food everything was burnt, bacon toast and all the lettuce was old and just nasty so I have never been back and never will. I will drive 2 miles further to visit the one in town

It doesn't matter I will never be back to this place, they should of never retaliated from a survey, completely...
