Terrible!!! The only suggestion I have is not to waste your time here. I have bought several vehicles from all different kinds of dealerships, and I have never been taken advantage of like I got taken advantage of here. Too bad I didn’t realize it at the time of purchase. They asked if I wanted the extended warranty, I said no I don’t keep my vehicle long enuf to benefit from the extended warranty. I said numerous time I did not want it. When doing the paperwork, which wasn’t really paperwork, it was done on a iPad screen. I was told that their printer was down and the only way they could do the car deals was on the iPad, they said they would email me my copy, and then when their printer got fixed they would mail me a copy. SETH WADLEY SCAM is what I call that. However I fell for it. Needless to say somehow I ended up with a extended warranty that I didn’t want, marked the box saying I didn’t want. But ended up with it and didn’t even realize it until a year into paying for my car. The only reason I even found out I had it was because I put down a large down payment and it wasn’t reflecting my balance. So I called the dealership to ask why and that’s when I was told. I thought well I haven’t even went over my regular warranty so surely I can cancel the extended warranty without a problem. Wrong again. I was told that the extended warranty starts when the regular warranty starts..What A JOKE!! And to top it all off it’s not a Lincoln extended warranty, it was another company’s warranty that I supposedly bought. (Probably a company owned by Seth Wadley) The Seth Wadley promise is a joke!! They don’t honor it, and they will find every reason not to acknowledge it. Also, the Lincoln guarantee they tell their Lincoln customers about don’t believe what they tell you. They said to me that Seth Wadley does oil changes for the life of the vehicle to the original owner, I said yeah, but I live a couple of hours away that would be a lot of driving to get a free oil change then I was reassured that Lincoln requires them to pick up Lincoln vehicle and give the owner a car the same year or newer to drive while they service it. I point blank asked so they will pick my Vehicle up in E****, the town I live at, and bring it to get an oil change and give me a loaner while they have mine? The salesman Robert replied yes they have drivers that go all over they have even been as far as Florida. If anyone else has had the same issue as me please contact me. My next course of action is to contact an attorney since the Manger doesn’t want to uphold his word. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM HERE!! #WILLNEVERPURCHASEANOTHERLINCOLN#RUNDONTWALk#THEYDOPPLDIRTY#BROKENPROMISES#LIARS

TERRIBLE SERVICE - We purchased a used Ram from this dealership in late 2024. During the test drive, a check engine light was on and we were told it was an “exhaust sensor” and easily repairable, so we purchased the vehicle for near full asking price (shy a few hundred dollars). Fast forward 4wks and we finally received the vehicle with an entire new emissions system, to include a complete fuel system replacement (lift pump, secondary pump, hoses, etc). Oddly enough, none of the exhaust sensors were replaced. When we complained to the dealership that we would have never paid full price knowing all of these issues, we were met with silence, ignored phone calls, ignored text messages, and finally again after 4wks, were told the vehicle would be delivered to our home and was gone over with a “fine tooth comb” and had zero issues. Within 30 minutes of receiving the vehicle, we took it for a test drive and immediately noted the heater did not work at all, a few miles later and the check engine light came on. It was late on Friday evening by this time, so we sent a text to our POC (Hassan) and he agreed this was unacceptable. however, when we were told to reach out to him the next day for additional information, we were met with silence again, so within 16 hours of delivery, I had to replace the thermostat in the truck on my own dime. When I text Hassan to inform him of this, my message was never returned. Now, fast forward to the first oil change (4,000 miles later) - I took the vehicle into Seth Wadley’s Dodge Service Dept., and the lady running the service department told me the oil pan’s drain plug was “hand tight” and stripped out, so she was going to have the technician go to Oreillys and obtain a kit to rethread the drain, and attempt to reinstall the plug to keep me from being stranded in the dealership. This lady was very helpful. However, after numerous text messages and phone calls to Colt and at least 5 additional calls to the Seth Wadley Ford Dealership to inquire about them replacing the oil pan due to them stripping the plug during the oil change when I originally purchased the vehicle, I have again been met with silence and ignored phone calls and text messages. So, now I am left with an oil pan drain plug with thread lock (see photo) literally slathered all over it and I must agree with the lady at Dodge Service that I don’t think the drain plug will last much longer. This dealership will do their dead level best to sell you anything on their lot, but their service after the sell is laughable at best. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that will at least return phone calls.

Just had a great experience trading with Joseph Kinslow and Finance Manager Brycen Williams. These guys will work hard for you and strive to make you happy. 11/5/2022 Update: after driving my newly purchased used 2017 F350 for 2,100 miles it needed service (oil change warning). Took it back to Seth Wadley and was informed that brake fluid, power steering fluid, and differential fluid all needs to be flushed and replaced plus the fuel filters need to be replaced immediately at a cost to me $1,035.00. I was shocked. Paperwork indicated the dealership serviced the truck before I bought it. The truck only has 74,837 miles on it now, I wouldn't think these things need to be done immediately. Furthermore, the service department did not mention tire rotation and did not correct the air pressure in the tires no wash job like they said they would. It is obvious to me the primary goal was to see what could be done to my truck to cover the cost of the free oil change. 1/19/23 Update, I decided the 2017 F350 just wasn't a good fit for me and traded for a F250 King Ranch. Of course I lost a lot of money on the trade but that was my choice. Love the new truck it was cleaned and serviced properly when I picked it up. Other than the challenge of negotiating and getting the best deal, we had a great time with the sales guys. I highly recommend Joseph Kinslow he always tries his best to answer any question and accommodate any need. WE also met the Sales Manager Scott and had a great time visiting with him. Update: 10/24/23 Had a great experience having the F250 serviced. 10/3/24 Had the F250 serviced. 12/4/24 Had to go back to dealership to have the a rear door sensor replaced. Took almost 4 hrs. with an almost $4K extend warranty it cost $100. And of course the brake fluid, power steering fluids, and filters need to be replaced. Didn't get that done yet at only 54K miles. 1/16/25 Not happy with Fords warranty but had a great experience with Service Advisor Cameron Abbot gave Seth Wadley another star because of him. DEF injector went out and Ford would not cover it. Local dealer Woody wanted $1,100. to replace it. Saved a little money at Seth Wadley.

Do not deal with this dealership. Especially if you live out of state! I bought a truck from them on December 20th, 2024, for 57k with the promise of fantastic service and that they were going to change the interior color from tan to black and to send a replacement cover for the fuel door since it is missing on the truck.

On the morning of December 21st, the truck would not start. They decided the best idea was to have me diagnose the truck and attempt repairs since I live in Kansas and they don't want to pay to have it towed/fixed. I ended up finding and fixing it myself before they could get a solid answer for what to do. On January 7th, I received my statement from the loan company to realize that the dealership put in a $3000 service plan after being told i do not want one. When confronted, they said they would reimburse me if I when I refinance the truck. I then wait a couple of weeks for them to call me about having the interior changed to no avail. When I contacted them, they finally called and had their people get the materials in. The person they use is 3.5 hours away from where I live. When I asked to use a dealer in my city they refused to use a dealer anywhere near me because their person is cheaper, so I set up a Friday appointment on January 17th at 8 am and I took a whole day off for them to be installed. I showed up to the place to find out that they did not tell the company the correct details about my truck so they could not install what I have now found out is just the seat covers to the truck. The resolution the dealership comes up with is they will just send me a check for the total cost of the seat covers, and I can get them at a dealer near me. On Sunday, January 19th, 30 days after buying the truck, the water pump failed and was pouring coolant down the front of my engine. The next day I called about this issue and they told me that either I can pay someone to tow it from Wichita kansas to their nearest dealership at my expense, or I can use the warranty they forced on me and pay the $200 deductible, so that is what I did since it would cost less. At this point, I said that I wanted to return the truck due to the issues, and they said that they would not do that since they had already processed the financing.

Over the next couple of weeks, I contacted the dealership to find out where the reimbursement for the seats was as the check would not show up and also inquiring on the fuel door cover since it had not come in either to no avail. On Friday, February 22, the front end failed, giving me the death wobble rendering the truck nearly un-driveable. When I notified the dealership that this had happened, they said that I have to use the warranty and I am on my own with this. After getting that fixed and spending the next couple of weeks contacting the dealership, around March 10th, I finally got a check for 800 less than the cost to replace the seat covers. I contacted the dealership, and they said that they would work on getting the rest of the cost to me. I had still not received the cover for the fuel door. On April 3rd, the advance track system failed, leaving me without any sensors or power steering. When I called the dealership to tell them about this problem, I was given the option by their manager, Colt Johanasen, for them to find me a replacement vehicle such that I would not loose anything out of pocket including the cost of my tag that was $5000 and the $15k that I put as a down payment on the truck. They then proceed to send me vehicles that are way overpriced, way too many miles, or have none of the options that are on the truck I bought. Then, on Tuesday, April 22nd, they find a vehicle i like only to tell me that they are going back on their word and will only give me trade in value which is less than the loan amount I have for the vehicle and refuse to honor their word. So do not buy from them as I am still trying to get the rest of the money for the seat replacement and the fuel door cover, but more importantly, their word means nothing, and they do not...

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! Do not go here unless you want to be harassed and lied to. I came in to look at a vehicle I had my eye on. I drove onto the lot and began looking for the truck I wanted to see. As soon as I got onto the lot two salesman in a golf cart began following me immediately. They were following within one car length of my truck, it was so awkward, but got worse. I began driving in different rows and to one lot to the next. They followed me everywhere I went and would not stop. This went on for about ten minutes. I was afraid to park and get out. I then parked near the entrance and wanted to go inside. As soon as I parked the two salesmen on the golf cart parked at the rear passenger side of my truck. It was becoming extremely uncomfortable. I sat in my truck hoping they would go away, but they didn’t. They sat there for more than ten minutes. After ten or fifteen minutes they finally drove to the front of the store and parked in front of the main entrance facing my truck. This made it more uncomfortable for me. I did not want to get out of my truck and be forced to walk past them to get into the building. I nearly wanted to drive off, but I drove over 30 minutes to see this truck. The two salesmen finally drove off to follow another customer. I then went inside and met with the receptionist. I asked her if the truck was still in their inventory and how I would like to see it. She looked it up and informed me they still had it and she would get me a salesman. I kindly explained how uncomfortable I felt with the actions of their salesmen and she just laughed and said they can be stalkerish at times. I felt it was a rude response and didn’t care how the customer felt. I then explained to her who the salesman was that was following me around and made me feel super uncomfortable. She stated she knows who I was talking about and at that same time I saw the same salesman walking into the office. I pointed him out to the receptionist and kindly stated I would not like him to be the salesman I would be dealing with. She said ok and she will get me another salesman. After waiting for some time, I was extremely shocked to whom the salesman was they sent to assist me. It was the exact same salesman who I asked to NOT assist me with viewing the truck. I was shocked they sent him to assist me. This was a huge slap in the face as if they were laughing at me, the customer. I can’t express how dissatisfied I was with what the dealership did. When the salesman introduced himself, he mentions he was following me around the parking lot, this told me he knew I specifically asked to not be helped by him and they sent him to me. I was appalled. While looking at the truck and test driving it, it was one of the most awkward situations I have ever been in. I did not enjoy the test drive at all, it was hard to enjoy the truck and get a real feeling for it. Once the test drive was over, we went inside to “look at numbers”. While dealing with this salesman he had the worse salesman attitude I have ever experienced. His attitude was putting off vibes that he had no care to help me what so ever. He was not into the conversation what so ever, just lounging back in his chair with his hat sitting on his head crooked. I really wanted to buy this truck but was also really turned off to the sale due to the entire experience. At the end of our one-sided conversation I left with an offer I was willing to agree on. After my offer and stated I was leaving the salesman didn’t even ask for my number in case they want to call me back. I had to ask if he wanted my phone number for a call back offer. Needless to say, they lost a sale due to their unprofessionalism and careless attitude. I was ready to make the purchase but was so uncomfortable from the moment I came onto the property. My suggestion to anyone who wants to visit this dealership, don’t go unless you like to be stalked and deal with the most careless and unprofessional...

CONTINUED........ Asking what is under my coverage I didn't get that answer. It was just a confirmed deal I couldn't get anything fixed. The first time I purchased a vehicle from a major dealership my vehicle fell apart from day one. My coverage doesn't allow any other person or mechanic to touch my car or the coverage is void!!! I did end up looking at my headlight and found it was duct taped inside the headlight casing to the headlight plug and I couldn't believe it. I called the dealership once again and told them about it a popnd they denied that there was anything they could do. I've held onto my coverage for all these years thinking maybe one day they will fix something that goes wrong. Just RECENTLY MY TURBO in my vehicle has gone out and now I know this we can be fixed!!! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT THIS CAN BE FIXED!!! NO OF COURSE NOT IT CAN NOT BE FIXED BECAUSE THE COVERAGE THAT SETH WADLEY SOLD TO ME FOR MY CAR THAT HAD ILLEGAL DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT JUST ON MY TRIP HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND IN THE MATTER OF MONTHS MORE THEN WHAT I COULD IMAGINE GOES WRONG WITH MY CAR THAT I CANT GET FIXED BECAUSE MY COVERAGE DONT ALLOW ANYONE TO WORK ON IT OR MY COVERAGE IS VOID. SO THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO MY CAR BUT NO OTHER MECHANIC IS ALLOWED TO EITHER. THE COVERAGE I BOUGHT FROM SETH WADLEY SOME ONE WAS ABLE TO FINALLY SEND ME INFORMATION TO GET A STEP CLOSURE TO FINDING MY COVERAGE DETAILS CAUSE THEY CANT SEE THE DETAILS TO MY COVERAGE THEY DONT HAVE THE COVERAGE INFORMATION. I HAVE TO CONTACT THAT COMPANY. WHICH I TRIED TO I CAN'T GET THROUGH. MY CALL IS BEING DENIED! I GO TO THE WEBSITE AND THEY ARE NOT BBB CERTIFIED BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO AGREE TO BBB RULES AND POLICIES!!!!! WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR THEY TOLD ME THE BASICS BUMPER TO BUMPER THATS WHAT IT MEANS THE WHOLE CAR. ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG BETWEEN BUMPER TO BUMPER . I THOUGHT IT WAS PERFECT!! On the website that I received to find out about my coverage there are 2 complaints ONE WITHIN THE PAST YEAR with the Better Business Bureau. So my overall experience with Seth Wadley FORD HAS BEEN LITERALLY A DEALERSHIP NIGHTMARE. I've heard terrible stories about the smaller dealerships in and outside of smaller towns and you get ripped off with a junk car that was made up to be worth your money. I shouldn't have let my car continue in the condition it was handed over to me from Seth Wadley's. I just trusted them and everything they said and promised. Now I Look back and the stress it caused me to drive my vehicle the way it has been because of the guidelines I knew I had to follow for my coverage but I couldn't use the coverage has had me in a terrible situation on what to do. Since I've got a situation happening with my vehicle now that's 100 percent covered because that's the specific question I asked for I find out the company is a joke a fake pretty much fraudulent from what I am reading on the website. I don't know what to do. This was the last straw so now I'm letting it be known my full blown experience with FORD SETH WADLEY IN PAULS VALLEY 2022-2025. IM SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO CASH MY COVERAGE IN IF I EVER SEE I DONT NEED IT I HAVENT DONE THAT BECAUSE YOU I Thought ID NEED IT. TRIPLE CHECK THE PROMISES THEY TELL YOU. REREAD THE SMALL PRINT AND THE ONES THAT MAKE COMMISSION OFF THE SALES AND THE COVERAGES THAT YOU PURCHASE seems to be the most eager ones to help and feed you the lies to get you out of the door until something happens or it's time to use that coverage and remind them of...
