Well from my recent experience with trading in and purchasing a used vehicle from Seth Wadley Chevrolet Buick GMC of Pauls Valley I will never recommend anyone to ever purchase a used vehicle with them. I purchased my 2015 Dodge Journey on August 11th and drove it back home to Broken Arrow Oklahoma 6 hours total of driving that evening. James Brumbaugh my dealer was so helpful and quick to get me situated and all in all did a fantastic job at assisting me, but about a week to two weeks after having the car I noticed my vents acting up not wanting to blow out of the vents that it’s set too that or half my vents would be blowing hot air, and the other half blowing cold air regardless of what I’d have it set too. Then I noticed that the car would shutter when I would accelerate to get onto the highways almost like it was kicking back at me. I expressed all of these issues with my salesman almost immediately after noticing them, he informed me that that he was let go and I would need to contact the dealership so I did and let me tell you no one will hardly ever return or even answer a call, I’ve even called a requested specific mangers such as Greg McKinney and Brad, and I had left messages with them and received no call back what so ever. They told me I’d have to pay out of pocket for diagnosis and repairs even tho I’ve only had the vehicle two months now. And the process of me trying to contact anyone there has taken the last two 1/2 weeks now. I’ve spoken to their newest manager Sean, and he had no answers for me, I’ve even texted the gentleman in financing Deondre that originally assisted me with my trade in and paperwork, and he even hasn’t answered me back. I’ve also spoken with a Nicole there who also had no answers for me. BUT to the ones who did answer any of my calls they could definitely assist me with transferring me to another line that (if you couldn’t guess it by now) couldn’t answer their phone. Another thing that was very frustrating was that when I drove my new/used vehicle home they had informed me that they had arranged tow pickup for my trade in since I lived 3 hours away and the transmission was out on my trade in, told me it would be picked up in a week…. It took over a month for them to come pick it up and in that time it had upset my landlord because it was in inoperable vehicle on property and that’s out off our lease agreement! So countless times reaching out to find out when it would be picked up so I could avoid any fines etc. it came down to my car dealer James having to bring his personal trailer and truck to my house and pick my trade in up for me, and then they turned around and fired the one person who actually seemed to be helping me with my issues, and concerns. Also on another note make sure you check price on their website before going to work numbers, they like to change the website if customer hasn’t seen it. I usually wouldn’t jump to make a long ranting post about a business, but tonight was an eye opener that I’ve been ripped off, while I was driving home tonight with my 3 year old daughter in the car with me cold in the back because the heat won’t blow out of her vents and because the heat wouldn’t blow out of most the vents my windows started to fog up bad and made it really hard to see driving. And it hit me “these people expect me to pay for repairs on a vehicle that they obviously did not service properly to begin with, and a vehicle that I’ve only had for 2 months from them” I’m a single mother of two, a 3 year old and a 2 year old and I don’t even feel comfortable making my kids ride in this vehicle” got me out of a terrible car situation just to put me right into another miserable...

I had hoped that one day I would be writing a more positive review come the end of my 5-month car search, post my car accident with my son. I searched for the right car on my education-budget, for what seemed like forever. While I looked at other dealerships, I kept coming back to Seth Wadley for the benefits. The Ada dealership was closer to me, but unfortunately the vehicle I wanted was at the Pauls Valley Dodge/Jeep dealership, I asked my salesperson in Ada, if they swap vehicles between Pauls Valley often? They said yes. He was wrong, and the rest went downhill from there.
I wish that I NEVER had to deal with the Pauls Valley Dodge/Jeep dealership. Once I found my vehicle, my sales person was great. But if you EVER purchase from the Dodge/Jeep Seth Wadley dealership, do yourself a favor and FIND YOUR OWN FINANCING! Unless, of course you enjoy being persecuted by heartless, finance people.
The day I purchased, I ended my “experience” by signing for financing with the finance “manager” Tyler (apparently they give these titles away). Tyler was clearly in a hurry to leave - as it was close to closing time; we agreed to a finance rate, and bank for which THEY work with (I was given limited options, even with a 750+ credit score), I signed ALL the papers, and I was done – SO I THOUGHT.
The next morning, I get a call from Tyler stating, that I HAD to have someone else sign with me, or put down $3-4k more down on the vehicle, or they were going to send someone to pick up MY vehicle and TAKE IT AWAY from me. UNBELIEVABLE! Not only that, but when I asked, he did NOT offer ANY alternatives or help, so I was up against a wall. I was so upset at the mistake that was CLEARLY made on their end. I started making calls to “managers” at the dealership, who assured me that they would help and call me back. NO help was given, NO call backs were made - NOTHING. Everyone that I contacted over the span of a few days, had to be reminded of my name, and my situation (like I was JUST A NUMBER). Lastly, I was directed to another finance “manager” Kaylie, who was a little more personable (in the slightest), who ACKNOWLEDGED their mistake, reminded me of my “options”, but no ADDITIONAL help. After being so pressured, so hurt and so lost, I went to a credit union and EASILY got the loan I needed.

Read moreBe careful where you take your vehicle for service, people! Very careful. They can’t be trusted. I dropped my car off with VERY specific instructions on my extended warranty program procedures as well as the request to call me if I was to owe ANYTHING! So, imagine my shock when I was called and was told that my car was ready to be picked up but since my deductible was $200 bucks I would just need to come pay for the repair out of pocket. Which, ironically enough, was less than my deductible. Then, I was told my oil was low and looked bad and I needed an oil change. I declined. Picked up my car, paid out of pocket. Had a nagging feeling but ignored it. Fast forward a few days and I ask hubs to check oil since I have a trip to city. Lo and behold, oil is great! Not bad. Not low. Great. Hmmm. This prompts me to find my original warranty paperwork. At this point I read that I have a zero deductible. Zero. So…I of course go in to the service center to discuss why they charged me $200 for what would be covered under my warranty. One would think that confronted with evidence of being lied to they would assume an apologetic role. Uhhhh. Ya. No. Mr. Hadley, the service manager, was completely rude and had an awful tone with me. Never once apologized. Or indicated an attempt to work with his staff over the need to avoid lying to your customers. Not the case. As a matter of fact, I was told it was all a misunderstanding. Which is not at all what this was. It was assumed that I had a standard deductible, so the call to check my warranty NEVER happened. Even though I was told REPEATEDLY they called and checked. Once I confirmed with my company that a phone call was never made, I reached out to Mr. Hadley’s supervisor. This conversation was equally as upsetting as I was informed the employee that lied to me has been his employee since she was 19 and he KNOWS she isn’t a liar. Nobody made ANY attempt to handle this situation as a business that cares about their customers would. They ALL covered everyone’s backs and continued to lie to me. It’s sad that a small town service center is operating this way. How many other people are they telling they have a deductible of x amount when they never really check? I KNOW I am not the only one. Had I not realized they lied about my oil I wouldn’t have checked my warranty info. The way this was handled AFTER I discovered the lying was just as bad as the lying. I would not trust my automobile at this center, and will not ever again. They won’t take care of you in...
