Starbucks — Restaurant in Pauls Valley

Rave rave rave! Typically I’m not a Starbucks goer but had a very early long drive to OKC & no time for coffee at home. Considering I dont frequent starbucks I had no clue what to order? Lilnita (manager) suggested a few options to try based on what I told her I liked. Her morning shift staff was super friendly & helpful with my order, got my drink quickly even while they were flooded with early morning orders. It was such a great experience I went back a few hours later to get something for my husband who had surgery the day before. Again, so helpful with suggestions and even cooling the temp of coffee where it wouldn’t hurt him after having esophageal surgery. THAT right there is...

Don’t go in, we were the only people there and it took over 15 minutes to make one coffee after we put in our order and they only made our order because I went back up and reminded them we placed an order (already paid and tipped too), during the same time they kept the drive thru line going, all 3 of the girls working there were waiting on drive thru customers only. When asked she said it was because we didn’t use the mobile app. What about the ONLY customer in front of you?? I would give service 0 stars if I could. Just FYI I’ve never left a negative review in my life that’s how bad these girls...

Ordered on the app - what I always order. My husband was driving so they handed it to him and we pulled off. When he handed it to me I could tell there was VERY little coffee in it. I opened the lid and whipped cream was to the top. I waited for it to melt then took the pic. It was half full, at best.
