I recently completed my physical therapy at Highbar in Pawtucket after dislocating my patella and undergoing MUA. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the care I received.
The Saturday crew, Kevin and Stephanie, were absolutely amazing. They were not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly nice and motivating. They talked me through each exercise, making sure I was comfortable and confident in my progress.
Leah, another fantastic physical therapist at Highbar, deserves a special mention as well. She knew exactly when to push me a little harder and when to ease off, always listening to my feedback and adjusting my treatment accordingly.
Thanks to the dedicated team at Highbar, I am now able to move around daily, drive, and even enjoy light jogging. I highly recommend Highbar to anyone in need of physical therapy. Their expertise, personalized care, and supportive staff truly make a difference in recovery. "I had a wonderful experience at my physical therapy session with Yalis. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Yalis took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each exercise. Her friendly demeanor made the session much more enjoyable, and I felt confident in her care. I highly recommend Yalis for anyone seeking a professional and compassionate physical therapist." "I had a great experience at Tyler Physical Therapy with Davie, the PT assistant. She was incredibly kind and attentive, always listening carefully to my needs and ensuring I was comfortable with the treatment. David also helped and was equally supportive, making sure that all my concerns were addressed. Both were patient and dedicated, making my recovery process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend...
Read moreThis front desk is a joke! Authorization forms were sent over twice within a 4 week period from a insurance company. Front desk response is they did not get it; then said that they did, but it doesn't go to their building. Let's figure it out together folks did you get it or not? They transfer me over to their "billing department", which transfers me over to their third party billing department lol LORD! They tell me they need highbar's own authorization release forms from highbar to release the information I'm requesting. So I call back the front desk of high bar to let them know what I need. Natasha is completely clueless On how to get the release authorization forms. She asked multiple people and I was placed on hold three different times to figure it out. I told her to transfer me to a manager's voicemail. She said no, she cannot do that. But she can send a portal message to Jen letting her know what I want. At this point, since she can't figure it out, they can't figure it out, billing departments can't figure it out. Now only logic answer is to just tell my lawyer to contact them. Once you get pass the front desk; Common sense is common. Not understanding why a release form can be sent to me? The Doctors and physical therapist have the capability to get you to 100% if you can make it pass the front desk. I remember they booked me multiple times in one day then tried to give me a time that I didn't choose. And told me if I canceled it was a late fee. I told them I will be showing up for the time I booked with my PT and told her to...
Read moreThe persons who are on the front lines greeting and scheduling appoints are outstanding, professional, patient & easily engaged. No push back and never through off bad vibes or gave shade. The customer service, aqua therapist, pre, post therapy evaluation with doctor and pt appointment, were very well conducted. My aqua therapist (Katie) was just so skilled in her craft and structured therapy according to what she knew would target the problem areas. I sincerely left performance therapy in much better condition than when I started. I was given follow up exercises to continue after my VA allotted time had concluded and my therapist also said I could reach out if needed. I can truly say I had only one small pinch that pales in comparison to the quality of care that was provided and received during my (15) weeks with Performance. If you want to get better, stronger, want to be treated with dignity and respect, as someone who matters to this “total” team of providers, then Performance is the place to go. You don’t have to believe me, I dare you to check them out for yourself if you need restorative physical health services. Thank you...
