Scheduled a new PCP appointment. Due to the fact that at internal medicine l was certainly treated horribly upon arrival of my first appointment. Due to the administrative staff not ensuring that I receive the new patient paperwork. The staff never initiated sending the paperwork on time I did not have requested signed in hand. Paperwork was never mailed or sent via email. Yes I agree that your nursing assistant and office staff definitely would not have been a good fit for my health at all however; my health is very important to me. Thankfully my new patient appointment is scheduled in adequate timing for my health care needs. The new Doctor's and office staff is very kind people I believe that they will be very caring, nurturing which is very important when it comes to a primary care appointments. Been a patient here for over 20 years. My doctor retired early this year and I am now seeing a PA in the office who is great! The entire staff is great. They answer the phone, and if you choose to leave a message, they actually call you back! It seems like the bare minimum but it’s a standard many other offices do not keep. Whenever I feel ill, I speak with the PA and together we decide if I need to be seen. I always feel cared for and wouldn’t trade this place...
