Read moreThis review is for the Shark restaurant #2 that's in central falls. It just opened on December 26. Party of 6 from another state decided to travel to central falls for a good experience. Big mistake. It had a terrible service. The waitress took 30 mts to get us extra plates to share our food. She kept saying yes every time we asked for the plates, then walked around and never brought them. It was done 3 times. We had to call other staff for help. Then, another 30mts to let us know the dessert one of us requested was not available. About 30 minutes to bring a carrot cake. Towards the end, we told her to make a separate bill for 3 different parties at our table which she agreed to do from the beginning, and in the end she put it all together in one bill. When we told her to split it like we said from the beginning, she came back splitting it the wrong way overcharging everyone. Overall, she took a long time to get back to us for anything we asked. We had to get up and go to the cashier ourselves because our waitress just kept walking around knowing we were waiting. Food wise... please invest in an authentic Peruvian chef. First serving of leche de tigre was good. Second one, terrible. Anticuchos were dry. The pescado a lo macho was salty and not authentic. We sent back the bistek a lo pobre because the grilled steak had a weird taste and was extremely chewy hard to cut. The Peruvian asian fusion was basic. Peruvians don't need a fancy restaurant investment. We need a really good Peruvian chef who can actually cook authentic Peruvian food of ALL sorts, not just seafood. The food has a 1.5 out of 5 ratings in this Shark and the same goes for the shark lounge in pawtucket. Service in both places get a low rating as well. Very...

This is the first time I have ever given bad review to a restaurant or anywhere for that matter.
We were celebrating my father's birthday and wanted to visit a new place with good food. We were a little lost when we got there because we didn't know if we had to seat ourselves or they would seat us but whatever. We got seated the waitress (who's name I learned after I got the bill was Nicole) just looked at us and from experience I thought she was waiting for our drink orders so I asked everyone what they would like to drink. My son (8yrs old) ordered apple juice she just shaked her head no, I had to ask you don't have apple juice?( I was very nice to her and was in a very good mood.... It didn't last long) She rolled her eyes and said no, we ordered something else. We were looking at the drink menu and my brother asked what does the SOMBRERO has? (a drink on the menu) again she rolled her eyes and lifted her shoulders and said she had no idea...... The visit went on like that. I was very disappointed because the food was very very good the prices even better and it was a huge portion but if you don't feel welcomed and comfortable in a place why go again....I just hope ...
