Order placed 1/3 for release on 1/27 to deliver for a 2/1 birthday. Phoned on 1/31 as package had not yet arrived. Customer service informed me there was a 'manufacturing delay' and the package had not left their facility.

We ordered over 450 various long and short sleeve shirts and the color was not the same as indicated, the cost was overinflated to the initial estimate, and then they gave us short sleeve tshirts instead the long sleeve we ordered. Owner said he would discount the order if we kept the short sleeve but then tried to charge us the same price of the original short sleeve order!
