Klasik Cuisine — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I stopped by for the first time on Thursday around 6pm ish. FYI, I am not Haitian but love the food and culture. My intent was to dine there and maybe have a cocktail however it was too hot inside,, the thermostat read 80 degrees. so I ordered to go

The lady taking my order was very nice although she didn’t speak English, she ensured someone who spoke English captured my order. She also checked on me to ensure I was ok. I appreciated that. I ordered Legume and Djon Djon (black mushroom rice). When my order was ready it did take a little while for them to figure out how the POS system to ring up my bill.

Once home, the legume was descent, the fried plantain was good and the Djon Djon (black mushroom rice) wasn’t as dark and rich as I am used to but I understand everyone makes it differently.

Personally, I’m not sure I would go out of my way to go there again but I did see a few other items on the menu I would...

Stop looking and head over there. The bartenders/servers are very welcoming and friendly. One of the ladies suggested the Bwa Kale drink and it was AMAZING. The food was delicious. Music and great vibes. Great place to grab a bite and have drinks. Definitely needed a local Haitian cuisine like this...

The food is very tasty and delicious. I eat here everyday. I always got diri source pwa . Mwen toujou mode dwet mwen . Very good. And those girls are awesome. Very nice and treat me very nicely. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great jobs. Banm diiri m ak...
