I have resisted the urge to leave a negative review for this place for a long time. I wanted to be fair and instead just avoided them for a long time hopeful they'd get their act together by the time I tried them again. That hasn't happened and tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back.
The customer is always right. Apparently, no one at this location has been trained to understand that.
I hadn't been to this (or any other) Pizza Hut in almost a year because the manager on duty during my last visit gave me a bad attitude when I suggested that the customer is always right.
As this location is close to home and I am recovering from a cold, I decided to give it another chance on the evening 8/6/17. That turned out to be a big mistake. I made a point of indicating that my order was very specific. Despite this, they did not get it right the first time. They did not get it right the second time, either. And, in fact, they did not get it right the third time. By then, it had been almost an hour after I had walked in, near closing time.
Now I understand there were issues with the computer system and the staff on hand was apologetic about that, however that is not an acceptable excuse for not executing my order correctly. It is certainly not an excuse for executing my order incorrectly on three consecutive attempts. They just don't listen and they don't communicate well with one another to the end of getting the customer's order correct.
On the first attempt there was pepperoni on my pizza which I did not order and will not eat. On the second attempt they claimed to not cut my pizza prior to cooking but I was watching and they did. Furthermore, there was also pepperoni on the cut edges of that pizza, which I still will not eat. On the third attempt they finally got the correct non-toppings, however I had indicated to them at least two or three or four times that I wanted it very well done, that I wanted it run through the oven at least twice. That did not happen. The pizza I eventually left with was under-done for my taste and was virtually inedible as a result. As it was a personal pan pizza, I pretty much left hungry.
The people at this store need to be retrained or fired, or the store just plain needs to be shut down. Until something is done to improve customer service at this store and in the chain, I do not intend to return to this or any other Pizza Hut again in the foreseeable future. It's a shame, really...in the late 80s and early 90's Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza chain. In the intervening 25 years or so, they've really gone down the tubes. There are no reliable pizza chains anymore (which is fine...I'd rather roll the dice and support an unknown local pizzeria, all things being equal, which is what I will do...
Read moreSo let me tell you about how amazing people in this world just get stuff done! I ordered a pick up order at the Fall River location and i go to pick up and no one is there! Store not open lights off and everything. So in a panic we call the Pawtucket Location and get Jo Jo who goes out of her way to call all sorts of people to try and get me a refund, she felt so bad she didn’t want us to order again until we got our refund but i was starving so i go ahead and order from Jojo’s location. I get there explain who i am and she finds out still haven’t gotten my refund so she gives me my food and jumps on the phone immediately, give her my number and leave not even 5 minutes later my phone rings and it’s her telling me i’m going to receive a phone call from the Manager of the Fall River location to administer my refund! Please go to this location because they understand how to take care of there customers the RIGHT WAY! Needless to say when i got home and opened my boxes my food was also made to perfection........ Terrible situation made into a great one because of JoJo’s patience, big heart and excellent skills in the oven............... Thank you so much!...
Read moreI AM LIVID! My family and I ordered local Pizza Hut this past Friday, Sept. 1 which included a number of items one of which being boneless buffalo chicken. We received the chicken we noticed one chicken pieces was missing but weren't sure why and I didn't call to report this because it was very late in evening and we decided it was that big of a deal. The next day my husband went out to get our mail and saw that our chicken pieces were on the steps of our porch!!!!! So apparently the driver dropped the buffalo pieces which over night the grease soaked into the wood of our steps, and placed the remaining chicken that fell back into the container. Appallingly the driver walked right by dropped chcken and just left them there on our newly stained wood. We were told bye store we could have a $10 credit! WHAT?! I demand a full refund on entire order at the very least. My family could have gotten very sick including my 11 yr. old who ate the chicken. I snapped...
