I had to use the drying machines for an emergency and was referred by other of this laundry mat. Upon arrival, the lady loudly informed me that I couldn't dry my clothes here. "This service is reserved for customers only." It would have made sense if the drying machines were complimentary, but I was willing to pay for their use. Disappointing business practice. My husband Adam and I have been dropping off our laundry here for the last couple of years. The service from the owners is unbelievable. We get our clothes back perfectly folded, smelling amazing, nothing missing from our laundry, and they have it ready for us so quickly! I absolutely love this place. Every week I drop my laundry off here and am greeted with a smile! They have everything washed,dried and folded within 4 hours :) The owners are such great people.
