Amanda is downright RUDE. I came in with a hose that needed to be returned, (wrong year of vehicle.) Amanda flat out started off with saying the part didn’t come from Advance Auto, which clearly from the packaging it did. She then argued that the hose was used, I told her it wasn’t and explained the situation of the incorrect year. She then said “it’s hot, it’s been used.” I then showed her the picture of the original hose next to the new one, and that they were clearly different and not compatible. She then made a comment to a coworker of, “See if you can tape this up, MAYBE we can sell it again.”
Honestly, how someone with that sort of customer service becomes a GM, I will never know. But I will never shop at this location again....
