Me and my boyfriend bought an att prepaid phone and a prepaid card to load onto the phone and we needed help so we visited the Payson att store, when I entered I was treated like Im dumb and didn't know what I was talking about when I asked the lady that was working questions on how to get my phone activated, I felt confused and honestly baffled that a supervisor would treat me so poorly as a first time customer, I went outside to get my boyfriend and he came into the store saying that he wanted to join att's team, the lady told us that she cant help us or do anything about activating our phone for us, we asked her if we could use the store phone but she told us that she cant let us use the store phone to activate our phone, she repeated what she had told us many timed to the point where i was under the impression that she didn't want to help us, we were trested like we didnt know anything about phones, how to load money onto a card, and how to make payments on our phone. I did not know you could transfer your data to your new phone and it’ll look exactly like the old one on screen. He made the effort to tell me about different promotional option I had to lower my bill every month, which was GREAT, I appreciate that!! Tyler also informed me I was eligible to buy accessories with an installment plan, which I never knew was possible. I took advantage of the option and got me new AirPod Pros. Tyler made me feel comfortable like we’ve been friends for years. I’m so glad I came to the Payson, UT for an upgrade. Tyler made it an easy and fast process. Read moreLong story short AT&T made a huge mess of my DTV account. After numerous bad phone calls with ‘customer service’ I walked into the Payson store #s586 and met Sabrina. She worked with me for over two hours to get it fixed. She is the one who figured out what happened. She actively worked to fix the problem, get all the things up to date and working the way it should have been set up months ago. Ms Shanerika with Customer service center in Texas was on the phone with us for over an hour to fix and refund overpayments for seven months. Huge sigh of relief for having walked into Sabrinas store, her persevering with me and suffering through my tantrum with the ‘customer service’ person who was useless.
