Bought a sweet pork burrio and a shredded chicken quesodilla. the Burrito had no sauce at all and no meat inside. Considering I spent 12 dollars on each meal I would think they could atleast get the ingredients and portions right. the Quesodilla was also fairly undercooked and was very soggy, they used far too much Butter/grease and barely cooked it at all. They were very fast so ill give them that but the quality of the food was so poor that the speed does not make up for how much money was wasted. I mind as well have just gone to taco bell for a rice and bean burrito and quesodilla for half the price. I do not recommend going here at all, for how much money your spending it is absolutely not worth it -update: me and my girlfriend decided to come back and give it another shot so we came into the store to dine in and as we got into the line immediately the employee working the line was being very disrespectful. Going back and forth between giving me dirty looks and checking out my girlfriend, as well as it looked like the employee intentionally made my food as poor as possible with very little ingredients and far too much greese and then continued to make my girlfriends food in the best and nicest way possible, at first I thought he may just be new and maybe he was trying to correct my mistakes but after I watched him THROW my food into the machine that cooks the food and then neatly place my girlfriends food inside I could tell that this guy was just being a jerk so me and my girlfriend just walked out. The only thing I have to say nice about this place is atleast the manager working noticed that something had been going on and she was polite enough to ask us if everything was okay, but at that point with our last poor encounter ordering food here I was no longer interested in working the problem out. I will admit that I've been coming here since they opened and I used to usually get food here once or twice every other week and its reasonable that restaurants and the employees aren't perfect but after the amount of disrespect and poor quality of food and how much they are charging it is just not worth it. Read moreUpdate 07/11/2024 - After my review they reached out and made their reply as you can see. I reached out to them and they said they couldn't find my order or information in their system. They said my email didn't show up. I forwarded them my email confirmation and receipt showing my purchase. They never got back to me after that. I did get an automated email that said that my order was not prepared. This is multiple weeks after the incident. I have no idea if that means I got a refund or what.
Their communications have been very poor taking care of the whole issue. Which as far as I know still isn't resolved and they have just chose to ignore it.
Usually they have been pretty good but if you have issues, be prepared that the attitude seems to be that they don't care.
I placed an order for a sweet pork salad for my daughter to pick up. She had to be somewhere at 7 and I was leaving on a flight at about 6:15. I scheduled the food to be picked up at 6. She got off work at 6 so I figured it would be ready by the time she got there and she could eat before her activity. She called me at like 6:10 and said they didn’t have her order. She said the lady she asked about it had just walked off. I waited on the line until she was able to get the lady to come back several minutes later. The lady said the order had been canceled. I asked how it got canceled and she said she didn’t know. She said to check in the app. My app still showed the order. She finally got me in touch the her manger and they took told me the order had been canceled and I would just have to reorder. I asked who canceled the order and they just pretty much said there was nothing they could do about it. I was on the plane and ready to take off and so didn’t have time to place another order. The app doesn’t have an option to cancel so I never did get the food we ordered and got charged for it. My daughter had to scramble to find something else to eat before her game.
I tried to reach out to Cafe Rio through their feedback option and asked to be contacted about this issue. No one has bothered to reach out.

The rot seems to go to the top of the staff, including the GM. They are passive aggressive, unkind, and dishonest. In one single visit, all of the following problems were experienced:
Repeatedly interrupted in the drive through while explaining my order, and dealt with unprofessionally Told to park in the front of the building for "a couple minutes" while they finished cooking steak for my order, after waiting through the entire drive through line. I waited there for 15min, wondering if they were trying to punish me for pushing back on their rudeness when placing my order. When I asked them about what happened to "a couple of minutes," I was told that it had only been 5-minutes, and refused to acknowledge the 15min additional wait time in my parked car. No receipt was given: Potentially so that I did not leave them a bad review on the QR survey Shorted various items: No salad dressing for the salad, virtually no Pico De Gallo on my burrito (pictured with literally maybe a half teaspoon of pico), only 1-2 tablespoons of shredded chicken provided in a tostada (also pictured exactly as received). No napkins, no utensils provided Double billed: Failure to cancel my original mobile order which they said they would do, as I was replacing it with the drive through order.
No apologies for the inconveniences, no warnings when ordering steak, that I would have to wait 15min additionally for it (which apparently only takes 5min to make based on what they said afterward), so that I could consider a different/ faster option. Things were so hostile with the staff, that it could very well have been intentional for them to make me wait so long and be shorted the various items in order to punish me.
