Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Payson

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt I should this time. My wife and I took our grandkids to Menchie’s this past Tuesday, and we were helped by a young lady named Ava. She went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable.

The kids can be a handful, but Ava was patient and kind, explaining all the flavors and toppings in a way that made them feel included. She even helped us balance the cups so they didn’t spill before we made it to the register. Small things like that really stand out.

It’s rare these days to see someone take their job so seriously and treat customers with that kind of genuine care. Ava made our afternoon a lot easier and more fun. She’s a real asset to Menchie’s, and I hope her efforts are recognized.

Horrible. Not sure how much training they give these poor girls but they couldn't figure out how to charge me for like 7 minutes! The store doesnt accept swipe and unfortunately at the moment that's all I had. Luckily I remembered I had tap pay on my phone. Then My son entered the wrong number and she couldn't even figure out how to change it or cancel it and start over. 😒 I'm dissapointed. That and she asked 2 Co workers for help and one of them just shrugged and said "I don't know". So no one knows anything. I really enjoy Menchie’s and love their brand—it’s always been a fun place to visit with my family. However, during my last few visits to this location, I’ve noticed some ongoing issues. Several machines have been out of order, and toppings are often low or not restocked, especially during the last few hours of business. There have also been messes, like spilled yogurt on the floor, that don’t seem to be cleaned up promptly. It’s disappointing because I’ve met the owner and know how much pride he takes in the store, so I hope this is just a temporary staffing issue. I’m still a fan of Menchie’s and hope to see...
