The one star is for the management. I give Anthony a ten star rating. That guy should be the manager in my opinion. Hes knowledgeable, honest and upfront with costs and options. I went in to add two of my boys to my account a few weeks ago to save us some money by bundling. I was told BY THE MANAGER that adding a second line to each phone would save me $10 per line. So we added an extra line to each phone to save $10 a month. He also said my son could get a new iPhone 15 for .28 cents a month, which turned out to be the only thing that was true. We could get an Apple watch and iPad for free and only pay about $15 a month for service. Long story short, I payed $580 in taxes and fees, which was never disclosed or discussed, and I just got a bill for almost $800.00 for one month of service. Read moreIt started out a little bit slow at the Payson store. Didn't care much for the woman that who first started helping me. When Thomas started helping me things went much better he is very friendly. They were pretty busy. My S22 was having an issue with the battery overheating even while not being plugged in. It was taking forever to charge and running down very fast. Ordinarily I would have used our phone insurance to replace it. I didn't dare due to what happened in March when we replaced one. The non-working phone was sent back to Verizon via UPS the day after we received the replacement. Luckily we keep our return receipts. One month later Verizon dinged our son's account for $1,300. Verizon tried to tell us they hadn't received the phone when it was sitting in there wear house for over 2 weeks. They said they would refund it all at once. Apparently they forgot and I had said something that got dismissed during the set up. Well over an hour that day at the store, they set it up to the wrong number...promised me it would be ready the next day, it wasn't...the third day we still had problems. By this time I was a steaming mad customer and wanted to know what they would do to keep my business. They wouldn't take accountability for their mistake, didn't apologize or fix the system problems, instead they said that they had already gone above and beyond to help me get my phone set up correctly.
