I had a more complicated account to open and the assistant manager, Stacy, took her time with me all while it was a very busy Saturday. She helped me understand what I would need going forward with regard to taxes, etc, and provided assistance and advice all along the way, even reviewing some legal documents that I had in hand just to give me her professional opinion. I could not have asked for better service. Very relieved to have a local branch so available to me anytime I need! I feel very confident that Iâm in good, competent hands. Thank you, UCCU!    Read moreWorse customer service ever they just stare at you. Then redirected to someone else and sat there for 10 min while someone at their desk not doing anything decided to help. And they were very unhelpful and wouldnât let me make a payment on our trailer even though we have an account with both me and my husbands name on it! They gave him the run around about paper work setting up automatic payment, has had two people say different things that he needed to set up the payment. And I will never hand there or suggest them to anyone had so many problems never have I ever with another union!...
   Read moreNever ever EVER have I had as many issues with a bank as I have this one. They wouldn't cancel their premium when I asked and "courtesy" paid it and charged me extra. I got them to fix that. But then they let a fraud charge come through and "courtesy" paid it, charged me extra and their dispute process is hard for working people. I also since opening this account have had non stop issues with my employer not being able to deposit money in my account. I have never had this many issues before ever with a bank. I would look for another bank. This one seems too money hungry with all these...
