American Legion — Local services in Payson

Went in today and sat at Myra's table. She was the worst waitress I've ever had. She gave our table an attitude from the start. Our food took 40 minutes to get to us even though there was only one other table of people there. Then, the tables all have signs saying tips are all the waitresses get. We got our bill and saw they accept cash only so we had $5 remaining for a tip in cash. we wanted to leave more than a $5 tip, even though Myra was a terrible waitress, so we got $8 more in Ikes to give her as well. Well we went in there tonight, we're greeted instantly by Myra, fantastic smile, showed us to a table which was served by Kim. Our order was taken, food arrived about 20 mins later, it was busy, at least 30 others at that point. The food was lovely, the service was great, Kim & Myra were perfect. I stopped by Post 69 to try its Friday Fish Fry and, yes, I agree that it’s Payson’s Best Fish Fry. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the fish is obviously freshly cut, battered and fried. It’s delicious and so are the wings. My server was delightful, too! I’ll definitely return the next time that I get a craving for fried fish or chicken wings.
