My husband and I each got a really good deal on hiking shoes at this store. When the shoe laces on my husband's pair broke after the third time being tied, we returned to the store to ask for a pair of new laces. At first the sales associate was a bit resistant to complying with our request, and when the manager was summoned he seemed to be of the same opinion. When we pressed the issue he made a call and then found a new pair of laces for my husband and let us have them for free. We went to the back of the store and a second sales associate, when he found we would have difficulty installing the new laces, offered to cut the broken lace for us, which we really appreciated.
