Central Arizona Supply — Local services in Payson

We been coming in to this store for years and we have always been greeted kindly and in a respectfully manner but now they are simply rude. They look at you weird and they aren’t very helpful.

I came in about a week ago and I asked for some parts and the lady litterally looked at me sketchy and said we don’t have those parts and I said but we always have gotten it from you guys and I showed her a picture of what I need and she changed her perspective and said oh yes we have them. They had one of the sizes I needed and bought them and I asked when they get another shipment so that I can get the other size that I need. And they said Tuesday, which is today! I called earlier and asked if they had gotten it and I told the gentlemen that answer the phone that I would be in later to show him what I needed. I came to the store and there was another guy not too friendly and explained that I had called earlier and to see if he glued gotten those parts in. He said I have to look for them tomorrow. (Maybe he was feeling grumpy or tired, who knows.)

All I know so far is that it’s not a really good place to get stuff any more :/

I hope everybody else has a better experience than what I had these two...

They are fearful people who are terrified of a virus they cannot control. They will not let you in the store if you do not wear a mask. They are not liberty minded and I do not recommend...

They have just about everything plumbing except Kohler products. The best service and the showroom is a good place to send clients to choose...
