Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Payson

Hopefully it was an anomoly because it was a busy Father's Day. But my first visit here was a disappointment in the restroom area. The trash cans of both stalls and the by the sink were stuffed to overflowing. There was toilet paper, paper towels, and trash on the floor around the toilets and the sink. There was no soap and no paper towels. At least there was toilet paper!

When I went to the counter, I quietly told the cashier about the problems. She was kind, but as soon as I started telling her about the issues, she kept nodding her head and said she knew. I was there for about 7 minutes waiting on my order, and she didn't tell anyone else, and no one went in to clean.

I normally don't drink Starbucks coffee in the store. But my mother drinks their chai latte tea and says it is very good and it helps her when she needs a pickup. When we do use the drive-thru at this location in Payson Arizona it is generally really fast and the product is always tasty and hot. This Starbucks location is in a good location in Payson Arizona. We also have two other Starbucks one in Safeway and the other in Bashas. But I believe this Starbucks is more roomy and you can use free Wi-Fi. Very impressed with this starbucks! I've been to more starbucks all over the US than most others (traveling 18 years Cross country.) People at this Starbucks are very friendly and well trained. Always greated with a smile. Drinks are made well at this location, and come out in a timely manner. Store is clean and spacious and the design of this store rocks! Seriously, great job. Ps. Bonus that they have a separate men's and women's bathroom, and not afraid of...
