I have been to the Payson Verizon store several times. I have had the pleasure of working with Christian, Brett and Daniel. Each time, I have been greeted warmly and my needs have been addressed to my utmost satisfaction. Christian and Brett have always shown extreme patience, knowledge and kindness to myself and others. Dan, in particular, went way above and beyond on one such occasion. I wanted to port my old number and had been told when my Husband and I bought our new phones in Colorado recently that it might take some time. That was an understatement. Went in with what I thought would be a simple request. Daniel spent 5 hours working with my previous provider; making connections, calls to techs, calls to Verizon, troubleshooting and, in between, working with other customers when on hold or waiting for call backs with said previous provider. Needless to say, his customer service was exemplary. I was impressed by his tireless dedication to me and my needs. If that wasn't enough, he also worked with a byop of mine, attempting to set it up. Total mess and frustration. Through it all, I enjoyed bantering with him, the other employees and the other customers, learning a great deal in the process. He kept his cool throughout the porting and I finally got my 15 year old phone number back! As I am a new Verizon/Victra customer, this review is only for the customer service I received. Read moreBEWARE!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful behavior by the store manager, Christopher Bennett. I'm new to town and went in to change plans and learn about wireless internet service. I was speaking to Brett when Chris came over and just took over. Very rude and abrupt, he got very belligerent with me when I expressed my concerns about why he got so stressed out dealing with me. He demanded that I leave and if I didn't he was going to call the police and have me arrested. I didn't leave until I got his supervisor's name and contact number, Heather Dominguez and you have to call 800 go wireless. Unfortunately I didn't know there was a second choice and even a third or fourth I think concerning Verizon. But definitely a standalone on Malibu Road right across the street from Walmart. I will never step foot in the Verizon within the plaza as long as he's in that store at all. So I met Isaiah at the Malibu location and what a world of difference! Extremely kind and patient, very professional and knowledgeable. He's a excellent teacher for someone my age (63). I didn't read reviews either until it was too late and I had to endure that confrontation with Chris. He's abusive and also setting a bad example for the staff there. Read moreI would've gave this store a 5 star due to our sales clerk being very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with us, however the manager was pretty rude. My husband and I went to Payson and realized we didn't have service. We decided to switch to Verizon and went inside this store to do so. The manager was on his phone and laptop with someone from corporation. The lady wanted to have a meeting to show the manager something. He told her there was customers in the building however went ahead with the meeting anyway. My husband, myself and another customer were speaking and laughing. The manager got huffy puffy, sighed loudly, grabbed his laptop and stormed off to the back room. He even grabbed the door handle aggressively, clearly showing his displeasure. The only reason why we stayed was because of our sales clerk. He was very nice. Customers that were waiting ended up leaving because the wait was so long. You would think the manager would've had better customer service skills and assisted the other customers.
