Not a trustworthy place. I went to this store to change battery for my two watches over two months ago. The guy said there were two kinds of battery to choose from, one is for one time change only, the other is for lifetime. So I chose the lifetime one and paid $120 for my two watched to be changed battery. I thought my watch should be good for couple of years at least, I was wrong. The first time my watch stoped was only a month after the battery changed, I was surprised but didn't bother to go to the store, so I changed the time by myself. Only after a couple of weeks my watch stopped again. This time I went back to this store to fix it. The same person with the grey beard didn't apologize for their poor service but doubted if there's other people who touched this watch. I told him I has been the only person who wears it and touches it. He changed another battery and so I left. AND TODAY, two more weeks later, MY WATCH STOPPED AGAIN. I am speechless. I didn't use my watch inappropriately and before I changed battery in this store, my watch's battery lasted many years. I haven't use the other watch so don't know if the battery lasts on that one. My watch stops for three times within three months. Definitely want my money back. Be AWARE and stay away from...

I had gold necklace repaired for my son a few years ago. The next day I tool my son to a farm to get a pumpkin and when we got back in the car my son said dad my necklace is gone. He was so upset we walked around the area we went to for over an hour with no luck. I called the the Jewlers work bench just to say the repair most likely failed and we lost the necklace. To my surprise I got a call back from the owner personally to tell me he was going to replace the necklace! I was shocked and in no way thought that would happen.
