Victoria's Secret — Local services in Peabody

Went in yesterday to check out the new items they had displayed and had the worst experience in a retail store I’ve never had. I was waiting in the checkout line to be rung up, standing by the perfumes and one of the sales reps named Princess come up to me giving me her whole run down on the scents. I wasn’t particularly interested but I know it’s her job to upsell so I let her do her thing. I figured after she was done she would ring me up but to not avail she walked away and then seconds later a random lady comes running in and right up to the counter and is helped by princess. I know her name was princess because she told me. I had never had something like that happen to me before so I wasn’t sure what to do. I went up to the lady standing at the door who was very sweet but wasn’t able to help which I understood she was just manning the front so I simply went back placed my items on the counter and told Princess since she helped this other lady before me I no longer needed these items and would shop elsewhere. I work in customer service. I have for many years. I currently work for Cheesecake Factory at the Northshore mall and would never treat a customer the way she treated...

Wow wow wow I have been going to Victoria's secret, pink, since they came out I have spent thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars I have almost everything they sell however I have not been in close to a year and I don't even think I bought anything... My birthday is tomorrow and I just happen to be getting my daughter's ears pierced at the mall I went into pink every single sweat suit top and bottom separates $25 all leggings $25 I got an entire sweat suit with a t-shirt and a second hoodie for under $100 normally a hoodie is just under $100 for one I also got a coupon / gift card $20 off a purchase of $50 starting May 11th ending the 24th so on May 11th I can go in and buy another entire sweat suit for $30 this is crazy...

For some reason the PINK location doesn't come up on google here at this mall but my review is for management who handle both of them. I've been coming here for the last 5 years all thru college, and like Pink and VS has pretty cute standard items to begin with but what I really value is how nice everyone has been to me. Every style change/season or even me just coming to walk around, I have had some great conversations by staff who really care. I think this is the best storefront in the area too simply with selection but also organization and cleanliness. Like I wouldn't go anywhere else.
