Read moreThe delivery it self was great..no issues at all with the two young men. They were all about getting in and out and making sure I was satisfied with the set up and clean up. My only issues was finding out more about the warranty I purchased the details they seem to leave out when they sell it to you. Why offer to sell extended warranty on a discontinued item. The repairs are limited like in my case a tare and you can no longer get the fabric. It was not clear it was a discontinued item or I would not have gotten the extended warranty. I did not get what was on the floor at the store. It was brand new. It was not damaged during shipping and at delivery. Now did the delivery guys see it when they unboxed it, I don't know cause they did not tell me.They should have seen this before boxing. I saw it when I walked around it less than 10 mins after they drove off. So their resolution is to send a technician to try and repair it. I feel they should refund me the warranty because you can't 100% grant it. The young lady I spoke with was very nice as well along with the sales man and lady who completed the paperwork at the store. Read moreMy husband and I purchased a sectional here in October of 2016. We paid the couch off at the one year mark in October of 2017. Three months after we paid the couch off boards are sticking out of the back of the couch to the point it tore the material on the back. When we purchased this couch we also purchased the insurance that we were told would cover any thing that happened to it for five years. Now keep in mind I have no small children and the piece that broke is up against a wall so it's not being climbed over or anything, it literally broke one night when my husband simply sat down on the couch. So we set up a claim and they come out to "fix" our couch. The guy puts the board's back and sews up the holes that he tells my husband was more than what they told him to do! Are you kidding me?! So we paid for insurance for you to leave tears in my couch when the insurance was supposed to fix anything that happened. Quite frankly the 1,100 couch is a piece of junk considering it's torn up within a year and Miskellys flat out lied to us about what the insurance they sale would actually cover.
