I had never heard of this place before. I drove 2 hours to get there and was blown away. The store is beautiful and the inventory seemed endless. They have price points for most budgets. I went for a recliner and left with it in my car to save the delivery fee The cost of delivery to my house 2 hours away is $495 whether you by one piece or 25 pieces of furniture. Mr Raymond was fantastic in helping me find what I needed. I had very specific request and he did not stop until we found the perfect piece. I do have other Furniture interests on my list and Mr Raymond was happy to show me around to my future purchases even though he knew I wasn't buying them today. I would like to mention his persistence because I had so many questions about the recliner I was getting and he was stumped on one of my questions so he called his representative for that manufacturer. The way these people go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want is very satisfying. I will definitely be back to the store however I will be purchasing enough furniture for delivery fee to be worth my while. If you have not heard of the store I encourage you to go now. We needed a custom color for a couch as we don’t want a grey, light beige, or brown couch and that’s about all they have visible on the floor. Asked two associates about custom furniture options one simply told us a tiny bit (to look for the tags and never helped us further to actually look for what brand with with swatches etc as is customary to make a sale) felt lost in there looking and looking. Found a lady and asked her she just asked who greeted you when you came in? Clearly she didn’t want to help us (because she assumed Stan would get the sale??). Then she didn’t show us anything either color wise beyond saying there’s a few over there and pointed to the other side of the store at two random couches that could be customized, explained nothing further and walked away. Wow. Anyhow we eventually gave up and drove to Rose furniture where Tina and the others were all very helpful. I spent $4000 on a couch there and will have it and an accent pillow delivered in two weeks to my home. They had plenty of color options, and maybe miskelly does too… not sure. Hopefully when we go back there sometime we will get more help because I do still need some other pieces. I will try the Madison...

Tent sale 4;14;25. Found a rug I had matching runner for. Sales person entered all my info and another sales person came by and said oh it’s sold. No tag but whatever, I walked away. Sales person came back and said oh we have more in the store, no problem. Ok.I continued to shop, bought 2 outdoor tables. Checked out and had to sign “no return “ to complete purchase. I questioned the rug, wanting to see it but they had to “find” the rug and it would be at customer service. I reiterated that particular rug, I was assured yes! Went around to l customer service, took a long time to get service. I went back in the 3rd time to check and it was loaded while I was in there. I asked to see it, they showed me the paperwork saying it was the correct rug. Got home and NOPE NOT THE SAME RUG! I called the store only to be told I signed a NO RETURN/REFUND. Bait and switch? A $99 rug cost my business which apparently they could care less. No more driving from Vicksburg to Miskelly! I returned to Lewis Furniture and purchased 3k$ worth of furniture. POOR customer...
